Rosco Talking

This is Rosco and he is talking in this picture. He learned to talk at 2 months of age. Teaching a pup to talk on command could help you get him to bark at a squirrel on tree, I know it has helped me before.

Jill fetching the ball

Jill fetching the ball
This is R.L. and Jill playing fetch. She picked it up on the very first throw. She is a natural retriever. I feel that it is very important to teach young pups to fetch and do other tricks. Working with pups at a young age forms a bond between you and the pup that will lead to them wanting to please you more. Jill is only 11 weeks old in this picture!

Galla Creek Rosco Cloud

I bought Rosco in Dec. 2006, in this picture he is 7 weeks old. He is a purebred Mountain Feist from the Galla Creek Kennel in Russellville Arkansas. Both of his parents are exceptional squirrel dogs. His mother is in the back ground of this picture. I have hunted with her several times and she has yet to dissappoint me. Needless to say I have high hopes for Rosco.

Who I Am

My name is Matthew Howell and I am from western Arkansas in the middle of the Ouachita National Forest. I love to hunt, fish, and anything else as long as it is outdoors. I currently have 3 Mountain Fiest, 2 Blackmouth Curs, and 1 Patterdale Terrier. I love to hunt them all, it is so fun to be in the woods and having a companion that loves to please his owner!
